According to the report:
Billy Wayne Phillips, 47, of 257 Compton Road, allegedly drove his vehicle toward the victim’s vehicle, striking it before she could drive out of his path.
Reports stated that Phillips intentionally meant to cause the woman injury. He was being held Thursday night without bond.
