A woman allegedly threatened another woman with a knife Monday evening on E. 15th St. after she was refused to giver her money and food stamps, according to a Rome police report.

According to the report:

The younger woman told police that her “baby daddy momma” was harassing her for not giving her the items. When the older woman was denied, she lunged at the younger woman, held a knife to her throat and reportedly said, “You gonna respect me girl and do what I say.” Two friends of the younger woman took the knife away and the older woman left.

The younger woman was advised to seek warrant procedures.
