According to the reports:
Samuel Alexander Dobbins, 44, of 1084 Black’s Bluff Road, was charged with public drunkenness, disorderly conduct and theft of services on Wednesday.
At approximately 5:37 p.m., Dobbins began cursing at customers and witnesses at the Central Plaza restaurant after he refused to pay for four margaritas. The report indicated that he was unable to walk on his own and was taken into custody.
The total for the four margaritas came to $17.12.
