Report: Woman attempted to charge $1,500 on someone else’s card, ended up with $1.51 in purchases

A Cave Spring woman is facing two felony financial transaction card fraud charges, one for attempting to charge $1,500 and another for charging $1.51, according to Floyd County Jail reports.

According to the reports:

Jessica Lynette Manning, 18, of 102 Fincher St., was unable to process a $1,500 transaction at the Cartersville Highway Walmart on June 29.

She was able to purchase $1.51 in goods on the same day.

The warrant did not indicate what she purchased.
