VenueDog, LLC has announced the addition of Zachary C. Green as Vice President of Sales, effective August 27. In his new role, Green will be responsible for strengthening relationships with growing and established businesses looking to maximize their brand recognition by advertising on VenueDog.com, an events and venues website based in Rome, Georgia. Green will also play a key role in developing and implementing expansion plans, which involve the inclusion of events and venues throughout the entire Northwest Georgia region.

A native Roman, Green has experience in food service, banking, financial planning, accounting, manufacturing, and higher education. He will continue to serve as adjunct professor of finance in the Ledbetter College of Business at Shorter University. Showing a strong commitment to the community, Zach has held leadership positions in the Rome Kiwanis Club and the Greater Rome Chamber of Commerce, where he served as the Chairman of the 2011 Membership Drive Campaign.

Zach earned an Associate of Science degree from Georgia Highlands College, a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of West Georgia, and a Master of Business Administration degree from Kennesaw State University. He resides in Rome with his wife, Jessica, and two sons, Jamey and Jack.
