Rome man charged with felony impersonating a peace officer

A Rome man was arrested for allegedly impersonating a police officer while trying to intentionally mislead another Rome man on Sunday afternoon, according to a Floyd County Jail fact sheet.

According to the fact sheet:

Chris Hubert Parker, 24, of 117 Jackson St., was arrested at 316 Ross St. where the incident occurred. He was charged with felony impersonating a peace officer. The fact sheet did not provide specifics.
