Mr. Arey,

This is in response to your article stating that Georgia did not deserve their ranking. I remember reading an article you previously wrote about an obnoxious UGA fan. Every team has those, but I really think you article about Georgia not deserving their ranking was you trying to pick a fight with an obnoxious UGA Fan. My point is not to say that UGA does or does not deserve their ranking, only time will tell, but there are other teams that you could have mentioned. For example, when Florida was #2, do you honestly believe they deserved to be #2? How about Alabama? In the 9 wins that Alabama has, 6 of those teams are .500 or worse, similiar stat you used to say UGA did not deserve their ranking. In fact, two of Alabama wins the teams have won a combined 3 games. You even failed to mention that UGA and Alabama both played FLorida Atlantic as one of their out of conference games. Everyone is entitled to their opinion when it comes to sports as well as everything in this wonderful country of ours. I enjoy reading your column and it is obvious that you are not a UGA fan, and that is fine. I just think that if you are going to down play one team, you should down play other teams with similiar stats.
