A Rome man turned himself in Tuesday after police accused him of having sexual relations with a minor, according to Floyd County Jail reports.

According to the report:

Brandon Dale Keith Maddox, 20, of 1114 Friday Road, was charged with felony statutory rape after he allegedly had intercourse with an underage female that was not his spouse on Nov. 8.

Maddox remained in jail Tuesday night without bond.
