Warrant: Man stole items from garage

A Rome man was arrested Wednesday afternoon and charged with felony burglary, according to Floyd County Jail reports.

According to the reports:

David Allen Monteith, 60, of 493 Barker Road, is accused of entering a locked, detached garage at another Barker Road residence on Nov. 15 and taking three antique metal wheels without the owner’s permission.

He was released on $7,900 bond.
