A Rome man is facing several drug charges after his arrest on a bench warrant, according to Floyd County Jail reports.

According to the reports:

Erin Patrick Ely, 44, of 309 McDonald St., was charged with misdemeanor possession of marijuana, felony possession of synthetic marijuana with the intent to distribute and felony possession of marijuana.

The bench warrant, issued on Nov. 30, did not provide further details.
