Floyd County police charged a man with sale of marijuana, misdemeanor possession of marijuana and sale of cocaine, according to a Floyd County Jail report.

According to the report:

Randy Lamar Clowers II, 38, of 162 Boundary St. S.E., Rome, was arrested early Sunday morning at the intersection of Callier Springs Road and Woodland Road.

Some of the drugs were in plastic bags and appeared to be packaged for sale.
