A Tucker resident arrested Monday at Pawn Mart, 2419 Shorter Ave., is facing charges of theft and property damage, according to a Floyd County Jail report.

According to the report:

James Bullard, Jr., 72, of 1600 Lawrenceville Highway in Tucker, was arrested Monday by Rome police and charged with felony theft by shoplifting and second degree criminal damage to property.
