A Rome man was arrested on two counts of felony financial transaction card fraud for changing the tip amounts on credit card receipts, according to Floyd County Jail reports.

According to the reports:

Anthony Jerrard Thurmond, 22, of 212 Leland Ave., Rome, turned himself in at the jail on Tuesday night.

He was released from jail on a $3,500 bond.
