Armuchee man arrested on drug, driving charges

An Armuchee man remained in jail Friday evening on felony drug charges after he was pulled over and found with methamphetamines at Swan Lake by Georgia State Patrol Thursday, reports stated.

According to reports from the Floyd County Jail:

Joseph Morris Rickman, 30, of 33 Tencey Lane, remains in jail with no bail on felony charges of possession of meth after he was found with a quantity of the drug during a traffic stop.

Rickman also faces misdemeanor charges of obstruction or hindering law enforcement officers, failure to maintain a lane, driving on a suspended license and possession of drug related objects. He also remains in jail on a probation violation.
