No one was injured in a Sunday afternoon wreck that blocked one lane of U.S. 27 South at Six Mile for about half an hour, according to Floyd County police.

According to Officer Michael Studdard:

A red Honda Accord, driven by Timothy Green of Cedartown apparently struck a silver Nissan Sentra while turning into the Kangaroo convenience store and gas station at U.S. 27 and U.S. 411.

Studdard said there were no injuries, but both drivers were shaken up by the crash. Both cars were towed from the scene.
