Roger and Barbara Cox of Rome announce the engagement of their daughter Tonya Michelle Cox to Keith Alan Stover, son of Michael and Jennifer Stover of Rome.

Miss Cox is a 2001 graduate of Coosa High School. She is employed at Radio Shack and Buffalo’s Café.

The bride-elect is the sister of April Sue Chambers of Flintstone and Matthew J. Boykin of Rome. She is the granddaughter of the late Charlie Glenn Stansell, the late Dovie Josephine Stansell, Catherine Cox of Ellijay and the late Buman Cox.

Stover is a 1998 graduate of Armuchee High School. He is employed at Buffalo’s Café.

The groom-elect is the grandson of Shirley Jackson Davis of Pensacola, Fla., the late Dwight Douglass Davis and the late Mr. and Mrs. Charles Shook Stover.

The wedding is planned for 4 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 10, 2002, at Brooke’s Chapel, Shorter College. Invitations will be sent
