Mr. and Mrs. James Calhoun Mann Jr. of College Park announce the engagement of their daughter Emilie Rebecca Mann of Athens to Casey Ulseth Callan of Augusta, son of Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Russell Callan of Rome.

Miss Mann is a 1999 honor graduate of Woodward Academy. She plans to graduate from the University of Georgia in May with a bachelor’s degree in psychology.

The bride-elect is the sister of Zachary James Mann of College Park. She is the granddaughter of Mildred Mann of Hapeville, the late James Calhoun Mann and the late Mr. and Mrs. Herbert S. Vessels.

Callan is a 1997 honor graduate of Model High School and plans to graduate with a doctorate of pharmacy degree from the University of Georgia School of Pharmacy in May. He is a member of the Phi Kappa Tau fraternity and the Golden Key Honor Society. He is employed at CVS Pharmacy.

The groom-elect is the brother of Wesley Isaac Callan of San Francisco. He is the grandson of Violette Callan of Rome, the late James P. Callan, Lawrence Christopher Ulseth of Toronto, Canada, and the late Ester Viola Ulseth.

The private wedding is planned for 7 p.m. Friday, August 27, 2004, at Inman Park United Methodist Church in Atlanta. Invitations will be sent
