Jerry and Kathy Allen of Rome announce the engagement of their daughter Jennifer Lynn Allen to Dustin Thomas Jones of Summerville, son of Ricky Jones of Trion and Tammy Swanson of Summerville.

Miss Allen is pursuing an associate degree in registered nursing at Floyd College. She is employed at Redmond Regional Medical Center.

The bride-elect is the sister of Chris Allen of Rome. She is the granddaughter of Patricia Avery of Rome, the late Robert Avery, Sayde Allen of Rome and the late James Allen.

Jones is pursuing an associate degree in registered nursing at Floyd College and is employed at Redmond Regional Medical Center.

The groom-elect is the brother of B.J. Hall of Orlando, Fla., and is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Millard Jones of Summerville and the late Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Hix.

The private wedding is planned for Saturday, June 18, 2005, at Gordon-Lee Mansion in Chickamauga. A reception will follow at the same location. Invitations will be sent
