A Rome man was in jail with no bail set Thursday, charged with burglary.

According to Floyd County Jail records:

Anthony Jerome Heath, 34, of 7 Atteiram Drive, was arrested on a warrant Wednesday charging him with breaking the front door glass at a convenience store at 1818 Dean St. on July 2. He reportedly stole two cases of beer
