Darlington (36-11), which is one of just four Class AA/A teams to have won 30-plus matches thus far this season, already has two victories over the Lady Ramblers.
The Lady Tigers beat LaFayette, 25-23, 21-25, 25-15 in a tri-match at Darlington last week and then rolled past the Lady Ramblers, 25-18, 25-10 in the winners bracket finals of the tournament at the Huffman Center on Saturday.
The Lady Tigers have won four straight matches and are 32-8 since starting the season 4-3. Their 36 victories are the second-most in school history behind the 2003 team that went 41-6 en route to finishing fifth in the Class AA/A State Tournament.
Both teams have already qualified for the Class AA/A Sectional Tournament, which will be played on Oct. 29 at Holy Innocents in Atlanta
