The deadline for submissions was 3 p.m. today.
The property includes 2.35 acres housing the Rome-Floyd Parks and Recreation Authority and owned outright by the city. The Rome City Commission bought options on three surrounding parcels to create the redevelopment site.
Northwest GA LLC had held the options when it was proposing a larger scale redevelopment plan last year, but that deal fell through.
Since then, the city hired consultants Jordan, Jones and Goulding to create a conceptual plan for the smaller area, although potential developers are not bound by that plan.
State funding for a pedestrian bridge across the Oostanaula River hinges on development of the West Third area.
