A Cave Spring native has been hired by U.S. Rep. Phil Gingrey as a constituent caseworker in Floyd, Chattooga and Gordon counties. Chris Jackson will also oversee Gingrey’s Congress in Schools program, which teaches students about the federal government, and the Congressman’s Education Advisory Committee.

Jackson recently graduated from the University of Georgia with a degree in broadcast journalism. He can be reached at Gingrey’s Rome office, 706-290-1776.

“Helping constituents with problems regarding Social Security, the IRS, immigration, Medicare and other federal agencies is a top priority for my office, and I encourage any citizens with concerns to contact me,” Gingrey said.
