The Rome Braves early-season struggles continued on Wednesday, as Rome dropped a 3-2 decision to Asheville in the second game of their four-game series.

Anthony Jackson doubled home Bret Berglund in the seventh inning to break a 2-2 tie and give the Tourists the lead for good.

Jordan Schafer went 3-for-4 with two RBI for Rome.

The Braves and Tourists continue their series on Thursday in Asheville at 7 p.m
