Bartow County authorities arrested an Adairsville man Tuesday on charges he was found naked in an unoccupied house, reports stated.

According to a Bartow County Sheriff’s Office release and Bartow County Jail records:

Daniel James Dover, 28, of 101A Bruce St., was discovered Sunday at about 11 p.m. at a Pine Valley Road residence when the homeowner dropped by to check on the house.

Dover received numerous cuts and bruises and dislocated his shoulder when he jumped from a window to escape.

Police arrested Dover at his home and took him to Cartersville Medical Center for treatment. Upon his release he was taken to Bartow County Jail, where he was held on $10,000 bail. The release stated authorities intended to charge Dover with burglary, but a jail spokeswoman would not confirm specific charges.
