Andrea jump starts hurricane season
An unusual "hybrid" storm that's pushing a little rain and gusty wind to the Savannah area merited itself a name, Andrea, and a place as the first storm of the 2007 Atlantic hurricane season. Subtropical Storm Andrea formed Wednesday about 140 miles southeast of Savannah.
