A Rome man was arrested Sunday on charges that he threatened a woman at his East Rome home, reports stated.

According to Floyd County Jail records:

Roy Franks Jr., 32, of 1 E. 12 St., was charged with felony terroristic threats and acts.

Rome police arrested Franks about 12:50 a.m. Sunday, after he threatened violence against the 31-year-old woman.

Bail was not set for Franks on Sunday.
