According to Floyd County Jail records:
Curt Debow, 35, of 27 Padlock Mountain Road, was charged with felony possession of cocaine and a parole violation.
Debow was found at a West 10th Street location just after 12:30 a.m. with a glass pipe containing suspected cocaine residue.
Bail was not set for Debow on Wednesday.
