According to jail records:
Anthony Kindred, 31, of 210 E. 12th St., was charged with felony cruelty to children and parole violation along with misdemeanor criminal trespass and simple battery.
Kindred assaulted his victim in front of an 8-month-old child. Bond is set at $3,650.
