Insurance commissioner plans to fight to keep rates from rising
Jon Gillooly reports, Look for Georgia's insurance commissioner to push legislation during the next session that stops health insurance companies from continuing to hike their rates. "I tell you, the insurance companies, I might have to call state patrol and get special security. They're going to be out gunning for me. Without legislative changes I would predict the same type of increases you've seen in recent years, which are substantial," Commissioner John Oxendine said.
