A Rome man was in jail Monday following his arrest on threat and trespass charges, reports stated.

According to Floyd County Jail records:

Frederick Duane Driver, 39, of 302 Porter St., was charged with felony terroristic threats and acts, misdemeanor criminal trespass and battery.

Driver was picked up on a warrant for threatening to kill a woman.

His bail was set at $2,450.
