According to Floyd County Jail records:
Charles Lumpkin, 50, of 4607 Rockmart Highway, Silver Creek, was charged with felony possession, manufacture, distribution, etc. of marijuana, intent to distribute marijuana, and misdemeanor possession of marijuana less than one ounce and probation violation.
No bond has been set.
