Prosecutors retry three on meth charges after mistrial in August
Walter Philscott Armstrong, 42, of Dayton, Tenn.; Tiffany Dawn Dover, 27, of 2 Wingfoot Trail, Cartersville; and Candelario Alvarez-Escobar, 34, of Smyrna, faced a jury Monday for the second time this year on charges including possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute. Their first trial ended in a mistrial in August.
