According to Floyd County Jail records and Rome police reports:
Deavonti Davez Daniel, 21, of 401 Stonewall St., is charged with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute; possession of less than an ounce of marijuana; possession of drug-related objects; and obstruction of officers.
Daniel reportedly ran from officers, refusing their commands to stop, and had marijuana and clear plastic baggies in his possession.
