The North Miami Beach-based company did not disclose details of the sale or the buyer. The shopping center, which includes Big Lots, 2204 Shorter Ave., was listed at 89,596 square feet by the company.
The property is valued at $4.8 million, according to records taken from the Rome GIS site.
The sale was part of 11 "non-core properties" that were sold for a total of $63.8 million, Equity One reported.
The company owned or had interests in 180 properties as of Sept. 30, 2007, it reported.
