According to Floyd County Jail records:
Marvin Sams, 34, of 308 North Elm St., was charged with felony possession of crack cocaine, possession of crack cocaine with intent to distribute and had a probation hold.
Sams was found with cocaine packaged for distribution during the execution of a search warrant on Wimpee Street
