Suspect indicted in 2007 double murder


A Polk County grand jury has indicted the former husband of a Rockmart woman in her death and a man who was at her residence in early 2007. Michael Rhodes, 37, is charged with killing Jeannette Rhodes, 29, and Robert “Bobby” Mallin, 22, at Mrs. Rhodes’ 206 Woodsmoke Road home in Rockmart on Feb. 16, 2007.
