The lease is for 4,700 square feet in the brick building at 901 North Broad St. The building was designed to blend into the historic Broad Street look and was built in 2007.
DLS occupies the fourth floor of the building, where the conference room overlooks the busy intersection with Turner McCall Boulevard.
