Meanwhile, the first man arrested in the shooting, 32-year-old Eric Lamar Ferrell, faced a judge.
Ferrell has been charged with felony murder in the death of Quishanna Loynes, a mother of three who died after a bullet came through her living room window Monday night.
Authorities haven't released the name of the second suspect, who was arrested Wednesday night.
