A Rome woman was arrested Wednesday afternoon on warrants stating she intentionally burned a residence located at 112 E. Main St., reports stated.

According to Floyd County Jail records:

Linda Elaine Huether, 50, listed as homeless, allegedly set the home alight on July 11.

The home had been vacant for years, according to firefighters, and at the time, the fire was listed as “suspicious.”

She was released from jail on $7,350 bond
