According to Floyd County Jail records:
Jarrett Todd Louallen, 22, of 1289 Bethel Church Road, was arrested Thursday and charged with felony theft by receiving stolen property.
Floyd County police investigators stated in warrants that in July 2008, Louallen was found in possession of a 2001 GMC Sierra truck that had been reported stolen.
Louallen remains in jail due to a court hold.
