Zoey Franklin, 4, a student a Model Elementary School, has donated her hair to Locks of Love. Zoey is the daughter of Jim and Susan Franklin of Rome. Locks of Love is a public nonprofit organization using donated hair to provide hairpieces to financially disadvantaged children suffering from long-term medical hair loss.
