A Rome woman was arrested Thursday and charged with several counts of theft and fraud after police said she used another person’s financial card illegally.

According to Floyd County Jail records:

Christy Michelle Reynolds, 20, of 131 Dodd Blvd., N-4, was arrested by Rome police around 5 p.m. She was charged with four counts of felony financial card transaction fraud and four counts of misdemeanor theft by taking.

Rome police warrants stated that on March 3, Reynolds was at a convenience store on U.S. 411 where she used another person’s debit card without permission, making cash withdrawals for her own gain.

She remains in jail without bail.
