In Cheer Division II, the Large Co-ed Cheer Hawks advanced as the No. 4 seed out of the preliminary round.
In All Girl II intermediate, the defending national champion Lady Hawks placed first in the preliminary round, advancing to the finals as the No. 1 seed.
Both teams will compete in the National Finals today at the Ocean Center in Daytona Beach, Fla. This marks the second consecutive berth to the NCA National Finals by both the Large Coed and All Girl Cheer Hawks from Shorter College.
