According to Rome police reports:
A truck pulled up Friday night between 9:25 and 9:30 p.m. and hooked up the Cub Cadet lawn tractor and a 5-by-8 foot trailer it sat on and took off.
The items taken were worth a total of $2,500.
Police did not yet have suspects in the case, but are investigating and collected evidence at the scene.
