Burglars nab electronics, jewelry from West Rome residence

The residents of a Leafmore Road address told police that electronics and jewelry were taken while they were away from home, reports stated.

According to Rome police reports:

After returning home Friday at 2 p.m., the residents told police they found a rear window screen had been removed and believed unknown suspects got inside.

Police reported that a 42-inch flat screen television, an Xbox 360, and a gold bracelet and chain were taken for a total of $1,100.

There were no suspects a the time of the report.
